Physically Based Rendering (PBR)  This  fantasy hybrid sniper + double barreled 10 gauge shotgun was modeled in 3DS Max then textured it in Substance Painter.  Ready for any modern engine that supports PBR.

Central Park was created in Unity for an emergency services game.  Standard asset trees set up to flow nicely in the wind.
Created entire NYC basemap.  Modeled and textured approx 150 New York City street blocks for the EmergNYC game.
